Every project (not student) is required to submit an ISEF forms to us by our deadline. Please follow general outline of the ISEF forms to complete them with following exceptions:
- Some forms require prior approval from SRC. Please submit the forms to us and we will get them approved.
- AzSEF does NOT require students to submit an abstract form or research plan to us. They are optional. We recommend students complete an abstract with few copies available by their project at a time of judging, but you do not need to submit one to us.
- Some forms require digital signature. You can use “printed name” field as your digital signature. There is no need to get the forms signed as long as the appropriate name is filled in.
- Some forms require date of approval prior to the start of experimentation. Please use an estimated date when experiment began and submit completed forms to us.
- ISEF form 1B can be completed by filling in all students names in the printed name field.
- If you need to upload additional paperwork please use any available upload field.
- Once you upload the ISEF forms, you will not have an option to change or edit them.
Please follow these step by step instructions to obtain and submit your forms online:
Step 1
Complete the official ISEF Rules Wizard by answering few questions about your project.
List of all forms can be found on this page, however we still recommend following ISEF Rules Wizard to obtain your forms.

Step 2
Save all required forms to your computer. To do that, open each required form and save it to your computer by going to File menu > save as or use your keyboard by pressing Ctrl+s. Make sure to name your forms accordingly. You may need to download and install free Adobe Reader to be able to access the documents.
Step 3
Fill out all your appropriate forms. Do not forget to save them.
